Every so often, a project comes along that’s simply too fun to resist. This handcrafted chainmail tunic was created as a one‑off piece for my nephew, an amateur filmmaker who needed a unique prop for one of his productions.

Made entirely by hand using traditional chainmail techniques, the tunic became a playful challenge — a chance to explore scale, structure and movement far beyond my usual jewellery work. While I don’t offer chainmail clothing as part of my regular collection, I’m always interested in creative, unusual or technically exciting commissions that push my craft in new directions

.Projects like this reflect the heart of my practice: curiosity, craftsmanship and a genuine love of making. Whether it’s a delicate bracelet or a full chainmail garment, each piece begins with the same intention — thoughtful design, careful construction and the joy of bringing imaginative ideas to life.
