Handcrafted Designs - Extraordinary Collections

Care for Your Jewellery
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend the following care guidelines:
  • Avoid wearing your jewellery in water or during vigorous activities, as this may cause damage.
  • If you use perfumes, lotions, or creams, allow them to dry completely before putting on your jewellery.
  • Most metals naturally oxidise over time when exposed to air. Storing your pieces in an airtight bag or container will help maintain their shine.
Cleaning Guidelines
Sterling Silver & Copper
Use a metal polishing cloth to clean these materials. Liquid cleaners should only be used on pieces made entirely of silver, as they may damage gemstones or glass beads.

Anodised Aluminium
Although durable, anodised aluminium can scratch or lose colour through friction. For mixed aluminium and silver pieces, clean the aluminium first with warm, soapy water. Once dry, gently polish the silver components with a silver cleaning cloth. Avoid immersing the entire piece in silver cleaner, as this may strip or fade the anodised colour.

Beads & Semi‑Precious Gemstones
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using soap, as it may damage certain gemstones or remove colour from some beads.
Guarantees
The following guarantees apply to our site:

All our jewellery is individually handcrafted, and as a result, slight variations may occur between pieces. These may include minor differences such as an alternative clasp or subtle variations in ring alignment. These characteristics are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship.

We offer a full refund on any non‑bespoke item within 30 days of purchase.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions do not limit your statutory rights or remedies. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the mandatory provisions of such legislation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and applicable consumer protection law, the mandatory legal provisions will take precedence.
